Great reviews on mumsnet but they seem to have gone down the drain. Waited for template appointment to come since summer. Template guy comes and says the kitchen sink unit needs a metal bar support to put the worktop on (in addition to the normal support for undermount sink that goes in top of studs, which were installed already ). Nowhere in their guidelines it says this. The templater says well we couldn't have known until we came to check. Bog standard unit and bog standard undermount sink. Then he proceeds to cancel appointment and gemini promptly send me a 200£ bill. I'm raging really.
