If a house is bought for cash, does it not show up on Rightmove under "house prices"

I want to know if the builders gave my neighbours a better deal than us, but it is not coming up on Rightmove (ours is there and we moved in at roughly the same time).

We've made £362 in a year! Obviously in the wrong location...

Our house is listed on these sites as being a 3-bed semi, when actually it's a 4-beddetached. I've contacted the land registry etc... to get it corrected, but no one seems to give a .... except the council tax people, of course!
