Hi All! Looking to buy a flat in London, and doing some research behind the housing association - Notting Hill Genesis. Anyone had experience with them, or issues selling them later on? The flat looks okay, but I heard about issues at other developments (not sure if these issues are common across all housing associations or just specific to this one). All input and advice appreciated. Thanks!
