We’ve recently bought a kitchen with Howdens including appliances so will qualify for the cashback offer from Bosch. However Howdens are unable to provide me with any sort of itemised invoice showing what I’ve paid and what’s included in my kitchen. I feel embarrassed now to keep having to go back to them when Bosch reject my forms! Has anyone done this successfully? What do I need to ask Howdens for?
