Reasonable estimate to refurbish

My house (North West Surrey) needs refurbishing.
New kitchen about 16'by 16' (Howdens or DIY) but no appliances
2 new bathrooms modestly priced sanitary ware.
2 rooms about 12' by 13' back to brick and replastered and new ceilings.
Is £80k a reasonable amount to allocate or should I set aside more.
We are retiring next year so this will come from our pension funds

Depends what finish you want but I would be thinking £10,000 per bathroom, £20,000 for the kitchen. Not sure about the stripping rooms back to brick but I would hope that would be less than £10,000 per room.

What is your house value?
Putting cheap stuff in an expensive house can devalue it

My kitchen isn't huge and it's about to cost me 30k that includes appliances though and fully replastering it. Bathroom cost 10k 5 years ago and that was someone we knew
