Has anyone had issues where an independent mortgage broker just stopped replying to your emails? The service from broker #1 wasn’t exactly amazing from the start, but initially they seemed to at least make an effort. Now nothing. Given up on that one and contacted a second broker who came highly recommended and again very responsive straight away but as I described our specific situation in more detail the replies also became few and far between. Now I’m giving broker #2 the benefit of the doubt and waiting a bit more time, but frankly I’m starting to get strong “your case is too complicated and I can’t be arsed with it” vibes from the lack of responses from now 2 different brokers. I just wish they would communicate, and if they don’t think they can find us a lender just say so! Is that too much to ask for?!
