We are at the end of our conveyancing and just before exchange, our buyers solicitor has decided they need more answers on a query. This is to do with future works on the property, these aren't due for another 3-4+Years. They may not be due then either. There is a reserve fund for the works but not guaranteed date for them, which they want.
There has been back and forth with our solicitors over this and there is nothing more we are able to provide on when the works will happen because its so far in the future. How can we proceed if our buyers solicitor keep digging in their heels?
