Does anyone love their Tom Howley Kitchen?

We are about to sign on the dotted line for a Tom Howley Kitchen. It is very expensive but the kitchens in the showroom are beautiful. Being put off by the many posts on here saying do HMKOC or similar for a fraction of the price. They arrange the kitchen from start to finish. This is a big investment for us - does anyone love their Tom Howley kitchen on here and very pleased with what they paid and got? Thanks.

My friend has a TH kitchen - the installation wasn't smooth at all and not what you would expect of a company at this price point.

It's nice but it's not standout imo

I wouldn't spend the money for TH given her experience

My mum has a Tom Howley and loves it - but we're redoing our kitchen now and have gone with a local company for much less than TH would charge. Obviously he's got a vested interest in saying so, but our kitchen guy really doesn't rate them (and said so to us after we'd already signed on the dotted line so wasn't doing his sales pitch any more!). I've heard poor reviews of their installation and after sales service too.

Hello, I'm reticent to reply as I'm conscious about 6 weeks have passed. I really hope you didn't sign on the dotted line... 😔

I'm glad I stumbled across this as I've literally just ordered a TH catalogue but looks like we'll be using it for inspo only!

Yes, use it for inspiration only. We are midway through a TH installation, they are absolutely dreadful. They put all their effort into showrooms and catalogues. It's "computer says no" when it comes to designing the kitchen. The actual installation is outsourced to subcontractors, something they keep quiet about. No quality control. I would not go near them again.

Hi Csn ask for an update as we are deciding between TH and alternative/ Caledonia. Both coming very similar in price but Not sure which to go for and wonder if better to chose TH although more risk and not complete turnkey package

The update, for me, is problems continued and in the end had to involve the managing director. I don’t know Caledonia.
