Bank won't release funds for completion

Hello

I was due to exchange today and complete on Tuesday. Everything was set, we were just waiting on confirmation of funds from my lender - Kensington.

Today, they said to my solicitor they weren't happy with the building Warranty certificate NHBC - as it only shows the plot number of my house (rather than the full address- new build)

My current house's (also a new build) NHBC certificate shows only the plot number too...

Solicitor said there's nothing they can do to edit the certificate... I know others on my new estate have bought through Kensington, so I wonder how they've completed if the certificates are the same...

Any advice?!

Is the address on the site plan or just the plot number? Does the property have a street name and a number on the door?

Site plan (deed plan?) is just the number I think. It does have a number and a street name. Every single document shows our address linked with the plot number (only the builders warranty states plot 42 only)

We’ve just bought a new build and all the correspondence named Plot xx, then the house number and street name.

Ours does too, but the building warranty certificate just has the plot number and the lender aren't happy with it... got to wait until tomorrow to see if they'll accept it x
