Okay, so had four new EAs round, all valued the house £50,000 under the last rubbish EA, so I guess they can't all be wrong, BUT all said "yeah, go on now, it's so busy"... but I do just think this might be bullshit...anyone getting offers at the moment? I feel like all EAs just want properties on their books. Also, feel like I don't trust any of them after my recent experience... Feeling low and exhausted by it all...

Similar. We had a really big variation of valuations for DM's house it's quite hard to value as there isn't very much similar. Some of them we think we're definitely too low, we thought we'd give it a go at one of the higher value as we're not in a hurry to sell, we've had six viewings in the first week so obviously people are looking and none of them have fed back that they think it's too expensive, though who knows whether the reasons people give the truth. Probably none of those going to make an offer yet. don't know whether that's it after the first flush of interest getting closer to Christmas. We were going to wait until the New Year but then decided to go for it because of the stamp duty changes, it's possible that the house may appeal to a first time buyer. We'll leave it for a bit and see what happens and then decide whether to take it off and put it on at a better time or a different price.
