Just a quick query, if I may.....

We've had a leaking radiator pipe which has caused some damage to our decoration in our lounge.

When they repair the damage, will they repaint the whole room or just the damaged area?

I've read our policy document (see pic) and it speaks about matching sets, but doesn't mention decoration.

Thank you!

We had a leak in the kitchen and they replaced the floor in an wider open plan area, including leading onto a hallway with an open doorway. So I think they should redecorate the whole room based on that.

It depends on the extent of the damage and whether the decor can match. Take lots of photos and be prepared to negotiate. Dm had to have plaster stripped from one wall and part new ceiling and had the whole room redecorated.
