we have just had a baby and are looking at buying a house, somewhere that we can atleast be for 5-8 years, we’ve heard St Albans is supposed to be great.
We used to live in Clapham.
wed like to live somewhere safe with great schooling and sorry if it sounds snobby but with upper middle class people.
Bushey heath you get more for your money, with St Albans we’re not sure if we should get a city style home (terrace style) or more for your money in marshalwick.
Our budget ideally is £1m though we could stretch to £1.3/4m but preferably not.
where would you prefer to live? And if St Albans which part for that money.
