Hi, ive recently had an offer accepted on a 6 year old detached property that is situated on a private driveway with only one neighbour.
The property has been on the market since February this year and has been dropped in price by £30,000 since the original listing.
I also noticed the neighboring property was listen for sale in august 2023 but was then taken off market.
Ive checked the land registry title register and title plan for the house i want to buy and it is quite confusing but i think it says that the driveway is that houses responsibility.
Seeing red flags and thinking off withdrawing my offer
Anyone experienced similair and can advise?
