I'm in the middle of a build project, but I am struggling for reliable guidance and just been prescribed meds because of the stress!
Much of it you might suggest I could research the shit out of myself but I don't have bandwidth either in terms of time or currently mental ability to process and make all these decisions alone.
I've been let down by my builder project manager guidance in one instance to do with windows and I'm panicking about making other decisions now/how much I can rely on his input.
I have an incredibly reasonably priced interior designer for some design practicality advice, but I wouldn't expect her input on what floor actual spec (say) or the merits of one particular flushing mechanism over another, or shower tray supplier.
If I wanted to engage someone to help do I need some kind of agent, or other project manager, or...? Or is it something I should expect to have confidence in this guidance on from builders?
Having said that everyone on MN has been amazing so far with all dilemmas I've posted 😀 but sometimes it needs feet on the actual ground!
