Moving to Worcester park

We are planning to move to Oaks avenue next year (towards Dalmeny Road) and would like to know more about the area in terms of bringing up a young family, nursery/school recommendation and anything we need to watch out for like flooding, etc. TIA

Not heard of that part of WP flooding so that should be OK, but still check. It's a while since I lived in the area and things change suddenly now.
As a basic rule, the further away from North Cheam, the better.
