Has anyone used OpenRent to market a property for rental? Am shocked at the price that a local letting agency wants to charge and would be interested to have opinions on any non-High Street alternatives.

I haven’t used them to let but I did view some properties to rent with them a couple of years ago and the communication was good and I got chatting with the landlord on one viewing who said they were happy with them.

Thank you - this is useful. Online reviews look generally good. Think I will go with them.

Always use open rent.
That way, I can vet the applicants and decide which prospective tenants to invite to view.
