Is a Quooker a separate tap?

Looking at house details on Right Move, DH was laughing as it mentioned "hot water tap" in the kitchen. I reckoned this must be a Quooker type boiling water tap, for them to mention it. However there is only 1 tap on the sink. Could this be a Quooker?

Trivial I know but would be interested to find out the answer.

Yes it could be a Quooker, they do “normal” hot and cold water, chilled water, boiling water and sparkling water all in one tap.
