Londoners - how's the market

It is incredibly slow / dead in my part of SE London. Literally nothing new has come on to the market in the last month.

Will it pick up or is it dead until next year now?

Steady turnover here, S London zone 3

Of houses? Quite a few flats coming up but no houses.

Zone 5, ticking over very nicely.

We sold our place within a couple of weeks but our purchase fell through and now I'm desperately refreshing Rightmove every few hours in the hope of finding something to view.
