New Property Listing when SSTC

Our house sale fell through.
Oh gurus - when can we relist it as a brand new listing?
Basically how many weeks have to pass? And are those weeks from when it was first listed, or when shown as SSTC?

Thank you so much.

I believe, though not 100% sure, that on Rightmove it's 14 weeks if with the same agent as before and straight away with a new agent. However all the listings and prices will show on Property Log - but not everyone looks at that.

Seven weeks then it goes as a new listing. This happened with me but they needed a prompt to remove the first date of listing, 50 days before.

Do you want to do that so it appears as 'within the last 24 hours' on rightmove? Or for another reason?

Just asking because we have just relisted ours because it fell through (well they waited until 2 days before moving day before asking for 'around 8 more weeks' after messing on for 6 months) Ours showed as 'within the last 24 hours' again.

Alternatively could you reduce by a v small amount to make it show in the search again?
