We are hopefully coming to the end of my very frustrating purchase.
The enquiries are now back with my solicitor (confirmed by the EA who spoke with the sellers solicitor) although I'm not sure how long it's been sitting on his desk for.
I appreciate he has other clients so I'm not expecting him to review this straight away, but how long would you expect to wait before chasing?
I understand that there might be more enquires off the back of the seller/solicitors replies (which is giving me anxiety knowing it could drag on even longer!) so eager to push things through just in case there's another delay.
Hopefully, he will be satisfied with the responses though and will give us the go ahead to proceed. If that's the case, what happens next? What paperwork will he send me before exchange? I've heard of the "report on title", but I've already received the report on searches etc, is that not the same thing?
