Cost of flooring, what to expect?

Need to rip off carpets and some flooring and get some engineered wood down. What would the cost be for flooring and labour? It's a small 2 bed property in London, surface is about 60 sq mt.

Easy. Choose your wood and price point. Work out the wood cost, then double it for the fitter/underlay / etc

Choose your flooring first. Engineered board is anything from £30/m² to probably £300 or something. To choose your floor you'll need to use this thing called Google.

You can fit yourself, or get a quote for fitting. The square meterage will be enough to get quotes. Assuming your sub floor is perfectly flat.

Around 4k for London (labour & material). You won't regret it.

I can highly recommend Ted Todd flooring and a cheaper place to buy than a Ted Todd showroom. If you thank me, I'll know you are interested, and I'll come back and add the shop name, SW London area but delivery anywhere
