We currently live in London and are considering moving to Farnham, we need more space, close proximity to good schools, close to countryside. We’re going to rent for a while before we buy.
It would be great if anyone knows Farnham well, if you can give your opinion on living there? Are there any areas in Farnham or nearby to be avoided? Is the notorious traffic really all that bad? How close we need to live to South Farnham Primary to get a place? What are the people like?
Our children are still very little so will be applying in a couple of years time for schools.
We are used to having everything on our doorstep in London so it may be too much of a shock to move somewhere too rural - Farnham looks as though it has enough happening in the town centre and still a bit buzzy.
