Offer made on our house, accepted, they are purchasing it via an inheritance. Couple of minutes later they said inheritance should come thru in a couple of weeks, but their purchasers have taken alot of trades people around, would this worry you. Already lost one buyer this yr. I know theirs no guarantees with this process, but just wondering what your thoughts are.

Has a solicitor provided a letter of confirmation that they will be in receipt of the money in two weeks? If not, I'd continue showing it until they can provide proof of funds.

Sometimes people can wait years for an inheritance to be transferred.

Keep it on the market and accept the next offer you get. You could wait forever for this inheritance to come through if indeed there is one.
