Hi,
Extension and bifolds out to garden.
Internal walls aren't in a position that makes total symmetry possible inside AND out.
My builder has started (before we've spoken about it) so that from outside it is beautifully symmetrical.
However. It means that inside, which is a pitch roof, I can see being nothing other than asymmetric because of different distance to wall either side of doors.
Doors also won't sit central to the room, if they are central to the external wall.
This makes me itchy. I hate the thought of sitting in a room where the doors in front of me aren't centred, the pitch is offset from the centre of the room and the walls meet the ceiling at different heights on both sides.
This was done before I had confirmed anything or getting the architect over. The exact positioning of one of the walls in question hasn't yet been resolved because of a mix up which also makes a difference.
Am I missing something or overthinking?
TIA
