Squeaky floorboards upstairs - WWYD

Have been to look a house built late 90's. I did like it but the floorboards upstairs are really squeaky - everywhere! It's got 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom

Is this something that can be rectified in relatively simple/inexpensive way or is it a steer clear scenario?!

Can be a sign of wall movement. Can be a sign of cheap or badly laid flooring. You don't know which without a survey. If it is a "dream house" perfect in every other way that's fine. If not, I'd walk.
