Heating not working

So initial issue was rads weren't heating efficiently - cold at top and only barely warm on bottom. All rads bled. No water coming from upstairs rads. Pressure was 0 on gauge in utility room, opened valve and restored pressure to 1.5. Water came from upstairs rads when bled after restoring pressure.
Tried heating again and same story. Bled the boiler. Now we are getting no heat at all and boiler is making a gurgling noise and not firing up. Tried resetting boiler and no joy. It is a Grant outdoor boiler. Boiler was only serviced 2 months ago but it's an old enough boiler, we're here 5 years god only knows how long it's there before we arrived. It's an oil boiler.
In Ireland BTW so perhaps my model boiler won't be familiar to you, it's an outside boiler. We don't have wall thermostats just thermostatic valves on rads, no numbers just plus/minus symbol.
Just lit our first fire of the season to warm up, thankfully the weather is milder this coming week!
Thank you in advance!

Sorry, can't diagnose the issue for you but just to say we had a similar issue last week and just phoned the engineer who did three service. He came back and sorted it. One small part replaced which was stopping the boiler during correctly.
Could be anything though, you'll need to get an engineer in.

Do you have a home care agreement? Or home emergency cover on your home insurance? That usually includes boiler and heating issues
