Selling a shared ownership home

Hi everyone.

Can anyone help me with how difficult it is to sell a shared ownership home?

I need to sell my house after a relationship breakdown. However I'm terrified how difficult it will be, I've been told it's hard to sell a shared ownership home?? how hard it will be for me to find somewhere else for me and my child due to nursery fees (been told they are taking into account for affordability???)

Can anyone share their experiences of selling a shared ownership home?
Thank you

I sold a shared ownership home over 20 years ago with no problem in terms of demand. I don't know if it would be the same now but I showed at least 7 people/couples round and they all wanted it, so the housing association had to assess which one to offer it to based on their criteria

I need to sell mothers 25% part ownership HA property to pay for the Care Home. The HA told me to get it valued and get it sold. The money goes through a solicitor who divides the money to whoever has the right to it.
Just like to know the correct way of going about it. I'm busy elsewhere, live a long way away... but can organise things from where I am.

So I've been advised a Surveyor by the HA...I've a local estate agent who'll get the photos done and do the marketing. I belive the HA has the solicitor. What else do I need to know, or should I be aware of?
Any advice appreciated
