Leaky conservatory

Our conservatory is very old, over 20 years now. It's UPVC and is leaking where the conservatory meets the house when the rain is bad. We don't want to keep the conservatory and we plan on ripping it down when we can afford to get some decking down in its place. My question is, should we fix the leak in the mean time or can we leave it seeing as though we're going to get rid of the conservatory anyway? We've already made the electrics in there safe for when we get rid of it. The walls are also pebbledash same as the rest of the house although a portion of the pebbledash is damaged and needs patching up.
