Should I let my buyer back in my auction property before exchange of contracts and sale goes through ? Would you ? I've been told by agent it's to measure up.

Yes

It’s normal for a buyer to view again just before exchange, solicitors recommended it.

Of course you should!

I should add I've been guzumped on the same properties during enquiries for no reason by an investment buyer - I've gone through modern auction and it's based on one viewing / loads of paperwork to check all the fine print...I'm just so close to exchange of contracts I thought it'd be okay to wait..I don't want to be obstructive , it's just the nerves and lack of trust in the process!

Perhaps I will but would feel better if enquiries were finished and I could supervise a visit as it's a rental.
