Where in London would fit our budget/wants?

Looking at renting a two bedroom apartment or house. Less than 30 minutes to Holborn. Ideally outside space like a balcony or patio. Not a new build area, think traditional houses or mansion blocks.

Budget is about £2,500 a month.

My son has a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath in Belsize Park he shares with his girlfriend plus another- slightly tatty round edges but not bad at all £2.2k - 10 minutes walk to Belsize Park or Finchley Road and about 15 minutes to Holborn

You can fill in 30 mins commute from Holborn, and your budget, and see what's available. Might be that there are areas you wouldn't have realised are quite quick commute-wise.
