My dc and partner are first time buyers and have seen a house they like which is just south of Heaton Park, a few minutes from Bowker tram stop. Anyone know the area? I think they’d be better with a Victorian terrace in the Heaton Road area as it would be a bit more suitable for a young couple buying their first house. But is this area-and Heaton Park in general an ok area?
