We have a Nest Gen 3 thermostat.
The heating works brilliantly - we set the schedule and temperature and the heating does its thing.
But we cannot get the hot water to work. We have set the schedule, enabled it on the Thermostat and...nothing. If we turn the hot water boost on, nothing happens either. The boiler remains silent and the water remains cold.
The only way for us to heat the water is via the immersion heater.
Does this sound right? Or do we have a problem? If so - do we need a plumber or electrician to help fix it?
