What to expect from surveyor

Sorry if this is a silly question, we are first time sellers. Selling our flat (leasehold, ground floor, 2 bed) and our buyer has booked a L2 homebuyers survey. What should we expect when surveyor comes later this week? Looking at our survey for our purchase, lots of it won't apply to a leasehold flat. Is there anything we should do to make it quicker and easier for the surveyor?

When I sold my leasehold flat this year, the buyers L2 surveyor was round for all of about ten mins- stood in the doorway of each room and basically just verified that it was, in fact, a bathroom (for example).

I don't know if that's representative of all L2 flat surveys, but i often wonder how much our buyers were charged!
