Has anyone used a sofa cover (instead of buying a new sofa!)

temp-ish solution instead of buying a new one. Current sofa is a bright and won’t go with any of my ideas for paint colour.

Ive seen companies online who do stretchy sofa covers, like this Sofa cover, but do they look ok or are they a bit naff? We’ve got a deep comfy sofa rather than a slim one type.

I have one. It manages to look a bit naff but also much better than a mismatched sofa or a throw that keeps bunching up/slipping off. Mine was cheap, but the colour is right and with a couple of cushions on it it's fine.

Yes. Why throw out a comfortable, perfectly good sofa?

It's the cushions that make all the difference.
