...isn't that insanely high?!

Although I'm not feeling optimistic if that many people have viewed (I have no idea how the stats are that high and EA said it's WAY above the average) and we've only got 1 viewing booked in (who the agent rang and persuaded to come and view despite their misgivings about the fact we only have space to park 2 cars) and 1 other supposed viewing yesterday who cancelled saying that they had double-booked plans and now isn't responding to the agent's calls.

Agent is coming round here tomorrow to talk about a 'marketing plan'. I'm pretty convinced we've priced too high, even though we took their advice and it's comparable to houses on the market in the area. I don't know how long we stick it out before dropping the price.

I'm just so desperate to be able to get this house that we love! I've looked at multiple houses this past week and hate them all, which is convincing me even more that I only want to move if I can move to this one particular house. Brilliant! 🤪

Could you take another photo of the kitchen from a better angle? It looks smaller on the photo than it does on the floor plan.

I meant to ask last time- in the old oven... Are they family urns?

No 😂

I just love a ginger jar.

To all those saying I'm disingenuous - fair enough but I'm being truthful (and was clearly very naïve) when I say I didn't do it on purpose. I didn't write a title for clickbait, I just wrote an appropriate title!
I'm one of those who has used mumsnet via Google for years but has never actually posted until very recently.
But go ahead and continue to make snap-judgements about me if it suits you! And you didn't have to click on the post if you didn't like the title...😉

Sorry, I just looked at the Rightmove listing too! It is an absolutely gorgeous house, hopefully someone will buy it very soon.

Brutal. In my town a big terrace like OPs would be about £200,000

Why’s that relevant? It would be well over a million where I am, close to 1.5m. But it’s not, as it’s not where you are. So what relevance is it?
