Energy surveyor (?) in London & measuring pollution

Hello, I've got some noob questions!

I'm trying to find the right term for a professional who goes around the house and finds places where there are draughts coming into the house, like floor, windows, doors. I know we could do this ourselves but given very limited budget to change windows etc, we just need someone to take actual measurements of where we are losing heat. We can't make big changes like triple glazing, changing porch, heat pump, cavity insulation (not much cavity), but small changes like making specific changes, would be helpful. Also if anyone can share if they know anyone who does this at reasonable cost in London, that would be great.

I also want to measure pollution, we are near a busy road, set off but us and our neighbours want to measure impact of being closer to the road and also times of the day where we can open the windows or if we can just leave it open without worrying about any of this. May round weird but I just want a scientific way of measuring pollution indoors.

TIA

I would have thought any professional concerned with energy efficiency can do a simple IR camera survey for drafts etc. You can get really good IR cameras for your smartphone for like £300 these days so really no excuse for say an EPC surveyor not being able to do it.

I think you will struggle with the pollution survey as it will vary massively depending on conditions/weather/temperature and even a long term years-long survey can be inconclusive. Particularly as lighting 1 candle inside will eclipse anything.
Better off just judging it on the basics- be as far away from roads used by heavy traffic, buses, lorries etc as possible.
