We are renovating our newly purchase Edwardian 4 bed cottage and have had a quote to repipe the whole property in copper (excluding bathrooms and kitchen) ready for new radiators and install new central heating system. This includes a new Grant oil boiler, invented water cylinder, and have zoning control of central heating.
The property will be empty so can work freely and we are based in the SW.
The quote is £12.5k (inc VAT) and includes the above but no radiators.
does this seem about right?
