Hello just after some advice we need some Guttering repair work, however after a costly previous building job that we paid for that should have been a split cost and a few cross words. I can't imagine for one second they will allow the gutter repair to go up a ladder on there side to fit the end cap and bracket, where do I stand what do I do? It's a traditional terrace so the back of our bathroom is on there side.
