We ouwld like to buil or buy a room for teenager - in a garden - but thought maybe to buy a portable one, in case in the future we woudl like to remove it...? or is it too expensive?
What materila can it be used for building it?

Why would you want to remove it when selling? I would have thought a garden room would be a bonus.

You can put up a wooden 'shed' in your garden, so long as it doesn't exceed the planning-rules sizes, but you can't just build a 'dwelling'.
I'm no expert but if it was somewhere where a teenager hung-out and slept it would be OK, but if you start adding toilets etc. you could cross a line.

If you use a garden room for sleeping it needs planning permission.
