Advice on Hall Green South vs Hatton for First-Time Buyers

Dear all,
We are a family of three, including a toddler, and are in the process of buying our first home. We're currently considering two options: a house in Hall Green South and a new build in Hatton (Warwick). Any advice or insights on the areas and nearby schools would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Well, they are completely different.
Hall Green is a busy, multi ethnic suburb in a huge, lively City.

Hatton is barely a village, in Warwickshire.
I don't really know anything about Hatton, apart from the rather wonderful Children's Farm and Day out experience, and that it has a canal walk with a lot of lochs.

Hall Green is nice. Doesn't really have one central High Street, but plenty of smaller parades of shops. The Infant and Junior schools are relatively big and high % muslim population. They are 4 form entry. Hall Green is a nice area. Quite leafy.
Easy to get in to Shirley or to Solihull for bigger stores.

Do you know Birmingham ? It has more trees per person than any other City not only in the UK, but in Europe.
It is a young City with so much going on.
