Wallington - The Chase

Hi all,

First time buyer looking for a place in Wallington and specifically near The Chase. Anyone have any thoughts on the area and if they would recommend it.

Is it residential and safe? How's the crime rate?

Wallington is safe but a bit dull. If you need anything you'd have to go to either Croydon or Sutton (both as bad as each other - Croydon is nearer) and aside from the odd event at the public halls not a lot goes on there.

I wouldn't say don't move there but I would be rushing to do so myself.

Massively outing by I spent my childhood in Lavender Vale, Wallington. Brilliant times.
