LISA turnaround times anyone?

Hi!

So our onward purchase has been ready for exchange for 2 weeks however our buyers solicitor has been useless to say it bluntly. Anyway our completion is set for next week but we are yet to exchange still for our sale. The buyers solicitor has only just requested their LISA funds the start of this week (even though they sent the docs to them agesssssss ago!) and I've read it can take 30 days to be received so now I'm panicking!

Has anyone had their LISA funds released quickly to their solicitors? Trying to calm myself down! :(

Mine took about a day, but I think it's going to massively vary depending on who your LISA is with

Ah, here's hoping then! I'm not sure who they're with but I'm praying it can go through this week! It's been nearly 5 months for a straight forward buyers, us, vendors and I'm just losing the will to live 😰

Hey @Nevermovingagain01 how long did it take? Hope you're all moved or further along. I'm in the same situation 🙃

Hi @Keroppi, we're still waiting to exchange as I think the buyers funds only went in yesterday/this morning! It doesn't seem the quickest 😪
