Residence collection windows

They look lovely, described as premium, but some very poor reviews online. Does anyone have any experience of the R7s? Thanks

I think people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, the ones who are happy usually just accept it as normal and dont leave reviews. Ive no experience of the residence windows but have evolution and they are similar windows, had a few manufacturing defects but all were rectified by them ( fitters ) But very happy with them.

The other thing to remember is that Residence make the windows. They don't fit them, so you need to be happy with the fitter as well as the actual manufacturer.
