Has anyone purchased a leasehold flat with a share of freehold?
We have completed two months ago and the land registry is changed to my name.
Asked the management company before, they said they would need the current director to appoint me as the director so that they could include me in the email list. However, it seems difficult to reach them and ever since I haven't heard anything from them.
What can I do? Do I own the share of freehold still?
