Sorry if this sounds stupid but isn't pretty much everything they need to know included in searches etc? We're waiting for enquiries from our buyers but they've already had their survey which they were happy with and we've sent over stuff like electrical safety cert, gas safe cert and fixtures and fittings and property info from. What else could they need that they wouldn't find out from LA / environment agency etc / land registry etc? Just wondering how long everything is liley to take really
