We own a flat in a victorian conversion of 8 units. Our management agent has sent out a request for payment for up coming fire management controls and regs etc which seem inappropriate for the size/height of our block. Obviously we want to be compliant and do the right thing, but there's a huge difference between a small conversion with less than 10 units and a massive high rise with hundreds of flats. We are looking for guidance but not sure where to find this. If anyone has any knowledge of this area, please do point me in the right direction! Thank you in advance!
