At least it was done well. I couldn't help but smile looking at the pictures. I spent most of age 2-8 dressed as a Disney princess so I do like a bit of Disney but I wouldn't paint my own house like it. Maybe you go to the orange room to recover from the Disney induced migraines.

What a brilliant write up. Great fun plus a great amount of serious detail, something seriously lacking in many house sale brochures.
I think it might get picked up by the media which I would have thought can only help them to get a sale.
