A first-time buyer noob here, any advice on instructing a surveyor for a property purchase? Likely to do level 3 structural.
Any pointers on typical fees, whether people tend to pick someone local or a large national firm, much appreciated?
Imagine you are talking to a toddler who has no knowledge of surveying.
