Leeds Building Society mortgage application process

Hey!

Just wondering if anyone has recent experience of getting a mortgage with Leeds Building Society?

How long did it take? Are they quick to make a decision after the valuation has been completed? I’m on pins waiting 🫠

Depends whether it is shared ownership, age of the property etc. We had an offer within week from valuation on new built. On properties built prior to 2020 it takes longer.

Hi just curious how u got on with leeds did u get your offer? we have an application in now and valuation was done like 4 days after we applied. Not sure if this is a good thing or could be still be rejected. Thanks

Hey! It took 3 weeks of back and forth. Every time they ask for a new document you go back to the end of the queue and its 3 days before they look at it. We got there in the end though :)
