Moving to Essex

Hello!
I am having a hard time choosing between 2 properties (moving from East London) and wondered if anyone more familiar with the areas could help?

One is in Prince Avenue, Westcliff (near Eastwood) - lovely terraced 3 bed 2 bath but I have concerns about the motorway and proximity to Southend airport.

The other is near Rayleigh station - 2 bed 1 bath semi-detached bungalow. Also quite lovely and very nice area but much smaller in size (only me moving but still...)

Would appreciate any feedback I could get on either or both. Thanks!!

Princes AVE is busy. I grew up really near there. When we first moved we really noticed the planes but after a while you don't unless one is especially low! Good transport links and schools, quick into Southend on the bus etc though. A few parks nearby ISH.

Rayleigh I don't know as well but would almost certainly be a quieter area.

Depends what you're looking for really!

Thanks @Purplepepsi! I'm looking for good transport links into London as well as amenities nearby, Both properties have these - was just concerned about noise and air pollution on Prince Ave.

Near the station in Rayleigh sounds the better option. You wouldn't get much plane noise there. Just make sure you have parking /drive. Lots of roads near the station have parking restrictions.
